Crochet Puff Stars WRITTEN PATTERN

USA STITCH TERMS

Hook Size(s): according to your yarn

For my stars I used King Cole Cherished with a 4mm Hook

Abbreviations:

●       Ch = Chain

●       SC = Single crochet

●       Puff St = Puff Stitch

●       St = Stitch

●       Rep = Repeat

PUFF STITCH (Puff St): Rep *yarn over, insert hook, pull up a loop* 5 times for 11 loops on the hook, yarn over and pull through 10 loops on the hook. Yarn over and pull through the remaining loops on the hook. Ch 3 and make 1 SC on top of this puff stitch.

Crochet Tiny Puff Stars

Make a magic ring.

Round 1: Ch 1 (which does not count as a st) and into the ring, rep *1 SC, ch 3, 1 puff-st, ch 3* five times.

Fasten off and cut the yarn, leaving a long tail. Pull the first tail to close the circle and knot both tails to secure the star.
