Crochet Peephole Chevron Stitch WRITTEN PATTERN

USA STITCH TERMS

Hook Size(s): according to your yarn


For my blanket I used up my leftover scrap Scheepjes Stonewashed & Riverwashed yarn with a 4mm Hook

Abbreviations:

โ—       Ch = Chain

โ—       Ch sp = Chain space

โ—       DC = Single crochet

โ—       Inc = Increase

โ—       Rep = Repeat

โ—       St = Stitch

Pattern for Peephole Chevron:

Foundation Row: Ch 32 (multiples of 10 plus 2).

Row 1: Starting in the third ch from the hook, rep *4 DC, skip 2 ch, 4 DC, ch 2* across.

The skipped ch form a valley and the ch 2 form a peak.

In the last ch of the row, make 1 DC.

Row 2: Ch 1 (does not count as a st) and turn.

Make 2DC inc in the same space and rep *3 DC, skip 2 st, 3 DC, (1 DC, ch 2, 1 DC) in ch 2 sp* across.

In the last st of the row, make 2DC inc.

You will rep row 2 until you reach the desired size of your project.
